This third edition of Canarias Improvisa is more sustainable than ever. This year we are improvising in the World Heritage City, San Cristóbal de La Laguna and in Adeje. The uniqueness of our territory forces us to have an environmental conscience focused on the protection of our space and we do this by taking care of the carbon footprint we leave in our path, complying with the 3Rs of recycling: reduce-reuse-recycle and supporting the local product that surrounds us. Also from the full awareness of human diversity, equality and respect for our fauna and flora.

Use public transportation, ride a bike or carpool.

Boat: Fast ferry from Gran Canaria arriving at Santa Cruz de Tenerife or from La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro arriving at the port of Los Cristianos.

There are two shipping companies that connect the islands: Fred Olsen and Naviera Armas.

Tramway: Tenerife Tramway is one of the most accessible means of transport in Spain and Europe.

Bus: San Cristobal de La Laguna has one of the best bus connections on the island.

Canarian gastronomy and handicrafts are two treasures to be enjoyed by everyone. Whether you come to see us from our islands, as if you come from outside, we ask you to consume local and visit the little shops of our land, where you will find unique wonders in the world. Help us to value what is ours and maintain the network of professionals in the service sector and our crafts so that the legacy lasts.

If you smoke, go to designated smoking areas and make sure that no cigarette butts end up on the ground.
